As soon as you create your HACCP plan, MyHaccpPlan.com allows you to specify the name of the company, the address, the establishment number, the creation date of your HACCP plan and the name of your HACCP plan (name of the process and/or type of product).
This section allows you to define: - Product Name(s) - Important Product Characteristics (aw, pH, Salt, Preservatives,...) - How it is to be used, Packaging method and/or Type of packaging - Shelf Life - Where it will be sold - Labelling Instructions - Special Distribution Control It is also possible to insert a description for each enumerated product of your HACCP plans which will greatly help you and your HACCP team to define all inherent dangers related to ingredients and/or packaging materials.

You just need to select and click and MyHaccpPlan.com creates your list of Product Ingredients and Incoming Materials. Once all of your Product Ingredients and Incoming Materials are selected, MyHaccpPlan.com allows you to add, modify or delete incoming materials according to your needs. MyHaccpPlan.com also makes it possible to reorganize the display order of your incoming materials and/or to summarize a long list of incoming materials by a suitable sentence, thus making the reading of your HACCP plan easier.

Each Process Step contains: - A process step number - A code for the process step (optional) - The name of the process step - Names of products associated with the process step (Based on selected product at form 2) - Process Step Hazard Types (Biological, Chemical and/or Physical) It is also possible to define if the process step is a critical control points (CCP) and thus giving you the ability to define a CCP number (CCP-2BC). MyHaccpPlan.com even manages to create automatically where each hazard is controlled (Prerequisite Programs, Form 9, CCP, etc.).
Form 8 allows you to globally revise all your biological, chemical and physical hazards of your incoming materials and processing steps. MyHaccpPlan.com offers you the possibility to add, modify and/or delete hazards, to separate metallic and non metallic physical hazards or to regroup them. Creating form 10 will never have been easier! MyHaccpPlan.com automatically creates generic answers for each hazard of the critical control points enumerated at Form 8. You only need to revise the content and adapt it according to your needs and/or to the specifications of your establishment.
